Information we collect

We receive information you provide when you purchase, request a free resource, contact us by email or Facebook Messenger, comment publicly, or request custom work. This may include your name, email, order details, messages and project requirements. When you request the free bilingual JHA checklist, we retain the email address, request date and basic campaign source so we can provide the resource and send the occasional safety resource or offer described on the form. Stripe processes new checkout and payment information; Square retains records for earlier purchases. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, confidential employee records or medical information through comments, messages or support requests. Public comments can be seen by others.

How we use information

We use information to fulfill orders, deliver files, provide support, prepare requested proposals, prevent fraud and maintain business records. When you contact Field Ready Safety Tools, you are providing information to our business, not just to Meta. We use it to handle your request; a support inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Optional advertising measurement

With your browser permission, we use Meta Pixel, cookies and similar technologies to share visits and checkout activity with Meta. Meta can combine that information with information from elsewhere to measure advertising, target and deliver ads, and personalize its services. Optional browser tracking is off until you allow it.

Purchase reporting is separate from browser cookies. If you provide your checkout email and allow optional tracking in Privacy choices before purchase, we may share confirmed purchase amount, currency, order reference and a hashed version of that email with Meta. Hashing does not make the email anonymous or prevent Meta from matching it to an account. Without matching current permission, we do not send that purchase event.

Your choices

Use the Privacy choices button on any page to allow or decline optional browser tracking. To allow or withdraw future purchase reporting, enter the email you use at checkout and choose Allow or Decline. The email permission lasts 180 days; declining replaces prior permission. Clearing browser storage resets browser choices but does not withdraw an email permission—enter that email and decline. You can buy and access your files either way. Withdrawal stops future reporting; it does not recall information already sent.

Providers and retention

We use Stripe for new payments and Square for earlier purchase support, Meta for Facebook communications and optional advertising, Resend for purchase and recovery emails, and website hosting providers to operate the business. These providers process information under their applicable terms. We do not sell customer contact lists for money. Advertising disclosures may be treated as sharing or sale under some privacy laws.

We retain checkout emails and verified package entitlements so buyers can recover downloads. Private download links expire after 7 days; fresh links are sent only to the checkout email. We retain hashed request identifiers briefly to limit abuse. We retain checklist requests, order and support records as needed for delivery, communications, fulfillment, support, accounting, disputes and legal obligations. We store a hash of the email and the date, choice and expiry to honor advertising preferences. Expired choices no longer authorize reporting and are periodically removed when preferences are saved. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages or contact us to request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

Privacy requests

Email support@fieldreadysafetytools.com for access, correction, deletion, advertising opt-out or questions. Depending on applicable law, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required by law. If you disagree with our response, reply requesting a review. Our products are intended for adult business users; do not submit information about children.
