Digital Product and Custom Document Terms
These terms apply to digital products and custom document projects purchased from Field Ready Safety Tools.
License and permitted use
Purchase grants one purchasing company a non-exclusive license to use and reasonably customize the files for its own internal operations. Files may not be resold, sublicensed, posted publicly or distributed as a competing template product.
Customer responsibilities
Products are general educational templates. The customer is responsible for reviewing and adapting them to its company, work activities, employees, equipment, project requirements and applicable federal, state and local requirements.
No compliance guarantee
Products do not replace site-specific hazard assessments, competent-person duties, employee training, equipment manuals, professional advice or an employer’s safety program. Purchase does not guarantee regulatory compliance, certification, approval or any particular business result.
Current service scope
Field Ready Safety Tools currently provides downloadable safety-document templates and remote document customization. These purchases do not include on-site inspections, audits, job-site walkthroughs, compliance certification or safety-management services.
Digital delivery
Products are delivered electronically after successful payment. Customers should download and securely retain their files.
