Digital Product Refund Policy
We want customers to understand exactly what they are purchasing before checkout.
Digital products
Because digital files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, completed digital-product purchases are generally final. Please review the product description and included files before purchasing.
Delivery or file problems
If a file is missing, damaged, duplicated or inaccessible, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will first provide a working replacement or correct the delivery issue. Refund requests involving duplicate charges or products that were not delivered will be reviewed individually.
Your legal rights
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. The 14-day support request period does not shorten any mandatory legal rights.
Custom document projects
Any payment and cancellation terms for custom document work will be stated in the written project scope before work begins.
